ZEN BURN (Yoga w/Weights):
A yoga based workout with weights incorporating large and small muscle groups with compound exercises, and added cardio bursts for a total body workout.
SUGGESTED PROPS: 2 Sets of Dumbbells weighing between 3lbs and 20lbs
Class is offered 3 ways:
- IRL- In Person
Please join us in studio with proof of vaccination, or masks on.
We have taken every precaution to make the studio safe for you! Shared and sanitized weights and blocks will be provided if needed. Deep sanitizing will happen with ample time between each class.
- Livestream- Union Livestream
Offered via 1 way, HD livestream! Class will also be available for 24hr re-stream, and will be added to our video replay library
- Video Call- ZOOM
Class will be offered via 2-way livestream on ZOOM! No class recordings or video replays will be available for these classes, so please join us during class time!

Coming to the Studio?
Please be prompt in your arrival. No Show Spots will be given to the in studio waitlist at the start time of class. Due to space restrictions, a $15 no show fee will be added to your account for any missed IRL class.
