Thighs. 
 
They’re big, they’re bulky. They’re strong and awesome.
 
Let’s put power in those puppies, with a yoga flow dedicated to the love of thighs. Adduction, abduction and everything in between. 
 
We work a lot on quadriceps and hamstrings in our daily practice. Now, let’s focus on the inner and outer thighs to make our leg work complete.
 
Oh…and a nice little inversion practice tucked in, too…for those who like that kind of stuff…. ;)
