We’re heading to Splitsville, folks.
Get ready to warm up your hips, thighs and groin for a stretchy, splitty sequence.
Working both on straddle splits and Hanumanasana, we’re going to hit it all. Flow sequence with an extra long stretching session at the end to round things off.
Optional handstands thrown in for good measure for you handstand junkies out there. And some leggy legs.
