This all-levels vinyasa yoga class combines the fluidity of the flow and the strength that can only be earned with longer holds.
Each pose is held for duration in order to not only get into the depth of the yoga alignments, but also to access the power of the postures themselves.
Variations are given to accommodate different levels of experience, and everyone will walk out of this practice stronger than they came in.
