This is a video made for beginners who are eager to build their strength and stamina to prepare them for more challenging yoga classes in the future.
A quick one-hour practice, we will move through a foundational practice with longer holds, a focus on the upper body, and specific core-building tools and alignments. You will be encouraged to work towards and discover new edges.
