Deep Release with Marisa
Feeling stagnant after a challenging year? This workshop will give us a chance to let go, physically, mentally, and emotionally. We'll use props, self-massage, and breathing techniques to create a deep sense of release. Think of it like spring cleaning for yourself as we exhale collectively and move towards feeling renewed. Absolutely everyone is welcome.
-One thick blanket or towel
-A soft ball, like a tennis or massage ball. A pair of thick tube socks can work as a substitute!
