A slow and strong vinyasa class that encourages students to move their bodies to the rhythm of their breath. This practice focuses on cultivating a core connection through various transitions to focus on not only building core strength, but also to build your balance and to focus your mind. Alignment, modifications, and variations will be offered making it accessible to all levels.

You will move to music through creative and challenging sequencing and will conclude with some hip openers and a short meditation.
