In this workshop series we will take a deep dive into various practices of Yogic Breathwork called pranayama through lens of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is Nature-based functional medicine. 
Ayurvedic breathwork is an individualized process of cultivating a practice that strengthens our health and physiological capacity.

Practices are useful as self-care for stress management, promoting metabolism, enhancing mental focus and energy. They also enhance the spiritual practice creating opportunities for mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. This sets the ground for an energetic and spiritual awakening.
