This slow, steady, and strong flow eventually lands in Half Moon (Sugarcane) Bow Pose-Ardha Chandra Chapasana. This sequence builds on core and hip strength and mobilizes hamstrings, thoracic spine, and shoulders. Together, we steady our minds as we direct our attention to body and breath while cultivating an attitude of curiosity and kindness. 

A level 2/3 class flows through a challenging and creative sequence. Rooted in alignment principles and detailed instruction, this class is open to any student who wishes to deepen their practice by focusing on the body, the flow of attention, and breath. An intermediate to advanced class that honors the body’s wisdom and the meditative aspect yoga.
