Enjoy this 60 Minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice that will be sure to cultivate a little heat, strengthen your body and build flexibility. This class invites you to focus on your breath as you flow through sequences aimed towards opening your chest and shoulders, lengthening your hamstrings, and activating your core.  

With full-body awareness and strong focus on alignment, this dynamic sequence offers variations for you to try as you build your practice.
