This full-body dynamic flow will ease you slowly into malasana (garland pose-a full squat). After warming up our hips on our backs, we will slowly wind our way through a steady standing flow eventually landing in a full deep squat. Your hips and low back will be nourished and loved along the way!

Mindful flow classes are a unique blend of yoga, movement, and meditation. Each class offers the opportunity to practice deeper awareness and self-care.
