This class is a slower paced, gentle practice intended to nurture our physical bodies and encourage a deeper connection to Spirit.  You can expect to practice postures of all kinds: standing, sitting, supine, and prone, but special care will be placed on transitions ensuring that all bodies, no matter our age or ability, can move in and out of the shapes with ease.  This is a wonderful class for those who wish to slow down, honor the body, and explore their potential for healing. Today we will be using a bolster!
