This beginner to intermediate vinyasa, yin, and meditation class is gentle and steady-paced. 

Insight Yoga is a gentle combination of slow flow hatha poses seasoned with a yin attitude. Teachings of Buddhist psychology are woven throughout the class. The class begins with slow movement, folded into practices of pranayama and mindful meditation. The physical practice is focused on stretching the whole body as well as building strength. Therapeutic combination for Mind, Body and Heart. All levels are welcomed!
