This beginner to intermediate vinyasa class is gentle and steady-paced.

Take your time with this slow-paced flow to open the body, energy channels, mind, and heart. This flow includes supported back and side bends, active hip and heart openers, spinal twists, half moon, and more!

Mindful Flow classes weave traditional yoga and holistic embodiment practices with a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion. Each class includes a guided meditation, pranayama, and a slow and steady flow. This active class is designed to be appropriate for “all levels,” with instruction tailored to individual needs.
