Strong Flow Workshop
45 minutes of strong, grounding, inspired flow. Each class is challenging to-the-point yet a playful moving-meditation. Creative sequences encourage balance and eas for the body, mind, and soul - motivating honest self-inquiry, exploring your edge, and blissful relaxation. Breath, alignment, strengh, flexibility, and good music are women through each class, with opportunities to explore inversions and arm balances as well as calm and relaxation.
