A short all levels practice to integrate the breath, body, mind, and heart. In this alignment supported asana practice a variety of postures, ( e.g.  arm balances, twists, inversions, backbends) will be used to bring energy and balance for the morning time. The postures will be taught with variations, please take the variation that best supports you for the day. Opportunities and/or tips for class- meet yourself where you are at and bring a playful spirit;)
