Wednesday November 22 will be a special gratitude meditation where you will be given an opportunity to practice gratitude in community. In this practice, we recognize that all abundance flows from a place of gratitude; we will reflect on our blessings and continue to call in the things that nourish us. 

Join Karly for this guided imagery meditation using the four elements. Our bodies are composed of the four elements - earth, fire, wind, and water. Through meditation, we can connect deeper to each of them and, by doing so, connect deeper to ourselves. This practice will involve a few minutes of gentle movement to get us present in our bodies, followed by meditation and integration. During meditation, we will work with different chakras in the body and use the elements & the power of our minds to move any stuck energy. You will walk away feeling grounded and vibrating high.
