This well-rounded vinyasa practice invites you to step out of the stories in your mind and into the steady rhythm of breath, mantra, and movement. We begin with the Gayatri Mantra and Jai Ma, followed by a grounding sequence that awakens the spine, core, and heart. Flow through low lunges, balancing postures, hip openers, twists, and shoulder expansion—woven together as a continuous conversation between front body and back body, strength and surrender. Class closes with rocking twists and mantra in rest. A devotional, embodied practice for remembering what’s real.
