Insight Yoga: Integrating Hatha, Yin, Meditation & Spiritual Inquiry
An integration of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and meditation, this class is a slow-flow spiritual inquiry, encouraging body, heart and mind alignment. Beginning with meditation then Breath of Fire, we move into deep-stretch followed by traditional asanas. By taking inventory of where we are throughout the sequence we cultivate compassion within. Finding that space within the body calms the mind and from here we build even more inner trust. Hone your intuition and observe your conditioned patterns through this body-based practice.
