The subtle body, like the physical body, has well defined pathways, features, and layers. Understanding this anatomy is key to understanding the self-inquiry process embedded in yoga. This series offers an in depth look at the energetic foundations of the physical yoga practice from classical yoga systems.

This course is designed to support teachers and students alike to navigate certain inner realms that are not often discussed within other models but celebrated in Yoga and Tantra– including the pranic pathways of movement, kundalini shakti, and the thought-emotion-body continuum. Join Cynthia for this series if you are interested in learning more about energetic experiences or awakenings, or the technologies of yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

This workshop counts toward continuing education hours for Yoga Alliance (YA) and for the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

Please note we will meet 4 Saturdays with a break on the weekend around Thanksgiving.
