This therapeutic meditation class doesn’t require movement and is accessible to all abilities.

Integrative Restoration (iRest) Meditation is an evidence-based meditation, relaxation & healing protocol. This practice enables you to deeply calm your nervous system, integrate difficult thoughts & emotions, and offers a portal for awakening to your true Self. Research shows iRest effectively reduces stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, post-traumatic stress, and enhances joy, equanimity & well-being in daily life.

Class starts with an orientation to the class topic. Participants are encouraged to find any comfortable position for the practice. No physical postures are performed in this class. After practice, we take time to debrief and connect as a community.
