Today we invite ourselves to explore body and breath as we float our way into half moon. This class blends asana focused on core and hip strength combined with the mobility of the hamstrings and spine. Eventually we find our way into a glorious half moon pose (Ardha Chandrasana!) 

Mindful flow classes are a unique blend of yoga, movement, and meditation. Each class offers the opportunity to practice deeper awareness and self-care.
