Today's class focuses on building an eagle pose- Garudasana! Our flow includes yoga poses (asana) that foster hip and shoulder mobility and strength, pranayama (breath work), and steady focus of the mind (dharana) and as always letting go of perfection so we can soar in our own unique way!

Mindful flow classes are a unique blend of yoga, movement, and meditation. Each class offers the opportunity to practice deeper awareness and self-care. Breath focused yoga and movement build strength, mobility, and resilience in the body. Options for adaptations allow you to tailor your practice to your needs. Mindfulness practices help build focus, calm the mind, and unwind the nervous system.
