A level 2/3 class flows through a grounding, challenging and creative sequence. Get ready to take your time, easing into your practice, honoring some slow moves and longer holds to cultivate the art of paying attention.  We build a lot of heat, from the inside, allowing you to connect to exactly what you need and nothing you don’t.  

Rooted in alignment principles and detailed instruction, this class is open to any student who wishes to deepen their practice by focusing on the body, the flow of attention, and breath. An intermediate to advanced class that honors the body’s wisdom and the meditative aspect of yoga.
