This level 2/3 class focuses on breath awareness, using the analogy of how our breath turns on a light switch within us.  We become more connected to ourselves and to our practice and to the present moment. Through challenging, heat-building sequence, we use the breath to stay with this connection. Class ends with some beautiful pranayama that helps with calming the nervous system and anxiety and an optional seated meditation. 

This class is open to any student who wishes to deepen their practice by focusing on the body, the flow of attention, and breath. It is an intermediate to advanced class that honors the body’s wisdom and the meditative aspect of yoga.
