Yin + Sound

This beginner to intermediate class is gentle and slow-paced.

The class begins with the soothing sounds of sound bowls to help us settle into the space, followed by gentle movements to ground ourselves and prepare for the yin phase of the session. 

Once we transition into yin, we stay in gentle floor poses for 2-5 minutes. Throughout the session, we seamlessly integrate mindfulness and breathwork. While you may encounter both physical and mental challenges, you'll ultimately depart feeling restored and nourished. Immerse yourself in the state of being.

At the end of the class, you will once again listen to the healing sounds of sound bowls during your savasana.
