In this class, we move mindfully through a strong sequence that will strengthen your lower body, upper back, and shoulders with some core and gluteal work for dessert! Designed to build greater strength and stability in your practice, these uplifting and energizing classes integrate dynamic movements with added weight to help build stamina and resilience. Each class includes a yoga flow warm-up and a cool down with some longer-held static poses.
