This class offers a slow and steady flow of strong yoga postures based on the expansion and contraction of the breath and the heartbeat. Because the breath and heartbeat form the foundation and guiding principle of the class, the movements will support creativity, fluidity, curiosity, dynamic strength and flexibility, and will lead to a long meditative inquiry based in the sacred texts of non-dual Tantra and yoga.
