This beginner to intermediate vinyasa class is gentle and steady-paced.
Today's class prepares the body for malasana pose (garland pose) this full squat requires ankle, knee, and hip mobility. This "peak pose" style class will mobilize these structures and I offer many variations to adapt malasana to your needs!
