Today you'll explore a slow and steady dynamic flow to connect with your entire body. Beginning with a body scan meditation that we will incorporate throughout practice. Listening to your body will inform each step along the way as we flow through a steadily building standing sequence including balancing and ending with setu bandhasana (bridge pose) variations.
