This class begins with a sequence to help stretch out the neck and upper shoulders and moves into more dynamic movements using the whole body. 

Spend an hour of deeply and dynamically opening some of the major muscle groups in your legs, arms and torso using eccentric, engaged stretching. By contracting your muscles as you move and lengthen them, this method reconstructs tissues and protects joints as it improves mobility, strength, and flexibility. Discover and feel more in areas you didn’t know existed, leave feeling more balanced and integrated.
