Dhanurasana is the "peak" pose in today's beginner class.  The chair supports and coaxes the sternum skyward while opening the shoulders.  The quadriceps and hip flexors benefit from 1/2 virasasana, eagle and dancer pose performed while seated in the chair!  Feel the strong opening in the front body before landing in dhanurasana which massages your internal organs and strengthens the back body.
