Shanti has a fresh perspective on Flow. It’s not just about sun salutations. These flow classes are designed for students who feel the urge to move seamlessly from one posture to the next with the grace of a dancer and the mindfulness of a yogi.

JOINING US IN PERSON: If this class can be attended in person you will see a "Register for In-Person" button above to reserve your spot. Pre-registration is highly recommended Spring through Summer. Please arrive 15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. We prefer for students to bring their own mats, but also have them available to rent at $5 each per class. The boutique may also stock props available to purchase.

JOINING US ONLINE: If this class can be attended online you will see either a "Register for Livestream" or "Register for Zoom session" button above. Livestream classes can be taken at the scheduled time and will also be available to re-stream for 24hrs after class ends from your Registrations page. Zoom sessions must be attended at the scheduled time and are not automatically available for re-streaming. Join the class session from your Union Registration page where all your upcoming classes are listed in the order by which they occur.

24-HR CANCELLATION POLICY: 
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all in-person registrations. Classes cancelled within 24 hours before class begins will result in the studio redeeming your class credit. In the case of registrations made with any of our unlimited subscriptions, a $20 late cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. You can cancel your registration by signing into Union up to 24 hours before class begins. No refunds will be available for students who do not show up to/attend an online class for any reason. 

IMPORTANT REGARDING COVID-19: By attending class at Yoga Shanti, you agree that you have not been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past two (2) weeks and are not current experiencing any of the following symptoms: Fever of 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, or feeling feverish, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Headache, Muscle pain, Sore throat, Fatigue, Congestion, or Loss of taste or smell
