After learning to tie your shoelaces, one might have to ask why you are putting the shoes on in the first place. Let’s dive deeper than just doing poses and sequences and, instead, ask "Why?". Why do a specific sequence, why align the bones, why ask "why"? As we ask "why," we might uncover the essence of our yoga pursuit which can streamline our energies around our real dharma. Come ready to practice advanced asana leaving room for pranayama, philosophy and meditation. Please e-mail your sincere questions to sagharbor@yogashanti.com by Wednesdays at 3:00pm EST and Rodney will do his best to address them during the practice.
