In this practice, we will focus on preparing your body for crow pose, engaging your arms and core, and exploring different variations of arm balancing. Throughout the class, we will connect movement to breath and incorporate sun salutations to warm up the body. We will also emphasize forward folds while creating length in the waist and maintaining a broad chest and back body.
