For this class we are all beginners, approaching every shape as if we've never done it before. With familiar shapes we fall into familiar patterns so try to find a way to shift the position to a new way to hold the pose. Every Avita class has the potential to allow us to connect with the beginner's mind and help us to stay in touch with it throughout the rest of our day. Lots of neck turns and legs up the wall are included in this class, but how can you approach these common Avita moves in a new way?
