Level 1 Green classes make up most of the Avita practice because they bring results. It is where the healing happens. Green classes take a reductionist approach to yoga so that neither the body nor the mind is overwhelmed. In fact, the soothing pressure induces the body's natural healing process. You will come to know it as a healing sensation. You may be drawn to the Avita Orange classes with a little time and practice.
