We use the wall in this class to support the legs at 45 degrees. It's enough to challenge the circulatory system and use the shape to access rigidity in the knees, feet, and hips. You will hear my cues to keep it sustainable with mild to moderate effort. Find the pace that works for you. More flexible people can and should increase the effort.
