This yin class is very grounding and beneficial to anyone who might feel unmoored, or are having feelings of uncertainty. You will find your inner strength by focusing on your low belly. In Chinese medicine it’s called the lower dantian, the hub of your own intuition. You will enjoy some hip, hamstring, low back and spine work.

Yin Yoga is passive. Postures are typically held for 3 to 5 minutes in a nourishing and supportive manner. Yin Yoga takes the practitioner deep into the body's connective tissue where it can be unwound and released. This practice is appropriate for all levels and is designed to help you slow down and soften.
