Throughout my yin classes, you will experience all senses of relaxation while increasing joint mobility and flexibility. Our practice will offer longer hold times (about 3-5 minutes) in deep stretch-like poses focusing on hips, hamstrings, front and back body, arms, neck and shoulders.  

Yin Yoga takes the practitioner deep into the body's connective tissue where it can be unwound and released. This practice is appropriate for all levels and is designed to help you slow down and soften.
