The essence of every great spiritual thought system can often be traced to a certain individual who discovered our deeply hidden but shared Truth. Throughout time, sages have expressed this discovery in unique ways as a reflection of their culture and personal experience. If there is one everlasting Truth, then the Perennial Philosophy is a way of expressing it in constant terms. Truth must be eternal and available to all. The discovery of it, brings meaning to our lives. 

These are short, 20 to 30 minute guided meditations that typically begin with a talk about the theory or philosophy of the practice. The hourlong Avita Yoga® classes are moving meditations that are body-centered. These short meditation classes are mind-centering, designed to develop a better understanding for the non-physical aspect of the practice. Together they can can save time and gently hasten ones spiritual and physical journey.
