Avita Yoga is unlike any other practice. It really works. Those who practice just 2 to 3 times per week tend to experience more comfort, mobility, and joy in life. We use precise shapes and sequences to find and resolve restrictions that increase circulation, promote healing and a greater range of motion. Avita Yoga is based on sound physiological principles. If you have resisted stretching or other styles of yoga, like many others, you may be surprised at how much you enjoy the practice and the results it brings.
