In the midsts of a global pandemic and self-isolation, anxiety has become commonplace. But if we are honest with ourselves and willing to look a little closer, anxiety is often a result of deeper thoughts and feelings that are only provoked by outer circumstances. This short talk brings this idea to light and uses the timeless movie Groundhog Day as a way to bring awareness to our unhelpful and often self-sabotaging  patterns.
