This class works in the foundation from the feet up to the tips of the fingers. It is familiar class, very similar shapes as the ones in classes when we are on the floor reaching out with the arms extended and potentially placing the hands under the bolster. Now in this class we are standing reaching with the arms up the wall. If you think about it they are the same shapes in a completely different relationship with gravity. Excellent way to clean are clear the joints and take care of our whole structure and notice how your are becoming more familiar with the practice.

Level 1 Green classes make up the majority of the Avita practice because they bring results. It is where the healing happens. Green classes take a reductionist approach to yoga so that neither the body nor the mind is overwhelmed. In fact, the soothing pressure induces the body's natural healing process.
