Mike Fry

Mike has been a yogi for more decades than he would like to admit, primarily focusing on Vinyasa-style yoga and arm balancing, because both of these approaches help to re-focus the mind, which is where yoga has its greatest impact. In his non-yoga life, he has worked as a technology engineer and animal rescuer, working extensively with domestic and wild animals. He wrote his first artificial intelligence software in the mid 1990's, before anyone had ever heard of artificial intelligence. He believes that yogic practice has been a central part of all of the things he has done in his life, whether saving sea otters affected by oil spills, rescuing pets from disasters, like Hurricane Katrina, or writing software programs. His passion is sharing the yoga practice with people at all levels of experience.
