Yogic embodiment practices help us connect to our instinctual body and bring an ease to flowing with life. Students will examine patterns of Nature within the body and use them as guidance for movement practice pathways. This class will apply concepts from modern movement science and somatics to joint health, proprioception, and caring for our nervous system. Expect practices in floor-work, fluid core connection, joint mobilization, and mini vinyāsas. This workshop invites students to unwind habitual movement patterns and explore options for greater ease in life and in our embodied practices.

Learning objectives include:
- variation in human form
- joint centration (alignment) & safety
- sustainability of movement practices
- a look into modern movement science
- the magic of interoception (internal, embodied awareness)
- the power of free-form movement
