Seasonal Balance with Ayurveda: Winter

Ayurveda brings balance through diet, lifestyle and other health practices (including yoga), so that you can live a healthy life feeling your best. In this workshop Rachael Freedman, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200, RYT 500), takes you on an Ayurvedic journey to embrace the Winter season.

This transition marks a time to turn inward and eat warm, nourishing foods rather than cold drinks and raw foods. Winter is a time to restore the body and rest, keep yourself warm, and refrain from overcommitting to social engagements and take time for yourself (which can be hard during the holidays.)

This is part of a four-workshop series offered at the transitions between the seasons.
