 Immerse yourself in a steady and intentional sequence. Loosen up energy that's often held stagnant in the hips and legs. Flow through lunges, twists, balances, forward bends, and more. Props suggested: a block and blanket.


Health & Safety Information (for In Person Classes Only):

  • These indoor classes will take place in the studio, located at 286 Divisadero St in Lower Haight. 
  • Only students 18 and above can take class. Both students and the instructor must wear face masks at all times. Masks with valves are not accepted. 
  • All students must bring their own mats. Props and disposable wipes will be provided. 
  • Six foot distance must be kept between all students and the instructor at all times.
  • Do not come to class if you are experiencing COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone with COVID. 
  • Classes will be limited to 6 students and will also be available for livestream and replay.
