Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to support a mother's changing body and her growing baby throughout all the stages of pregnancy. Student's can begin this practice immediately upon finding out about pregnancy and may continue this practice until birth. A safe, open community allows students to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes the body and baby are experiencing. Prenatal Yoga classes are based on Hatha Align classes, focusing on alignment and form within asana to safely support Mama & Baby. This class is generally not taught in a flowing, Vinyasa style.

Health & safety information:
These indoor classes will take place in the studio, located at 286 Divisadero St in Lower Haight.
Only students 18 and above can take class. Both students and the instructor must wear face masks.
All students must bring their own mats; bolsters, blankets and wooden blocks will be provided, which are cleaned and disinfected after class.
Six foot distance must be kept between all students and the instructor.
Do not come to class if you are experiencing COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone with COVID.
Classes will be limited to 4 students and will also be available for livestream and replay.
Please note that you will need to ascend ~20 steps to get to class.

Because of the limited capacity of these classes, you must cancel in-person registration no less than 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your pass. Once you've reserved the class, please read the additional text in your reservation email.
