A moderate, intentional and accessible approach to the yoga practice designed for yogis of all levels. Class may include mindfulness techniques including asana, qigong, meditation, yin and/or restorative yoga. Connect to your energetic body, bring awareness to your breath and enjoy a moving meditation practice. With a focus on alignment, while staying present in the body and breath, this gentle flow emphasizes the process of surrender and ends in complete relaxation.

Health & Safety Information (for In Person Classes Only):

  • These indoor classes will take place in the studio, located at 286 Divisadero St in Lower Haight. 
  • Only students 18 and above can take class. Masks are required of all students and staff upon entrance and in common spaces such as lobby and hallways.
  • Note that some classes are the schedule are designated as "vaccination required". Upload proof of your vaccination to register. Masks are only optional in these classes.  All other classes will require students and the instructor to wear face masks at all times. Masks with valves are not accepted. 
  • All students must bring their own mats. Props and disposable wipes will be provided. 
  • Do not come to class if you are experiencing COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone with COVID. 
  • Classes will be limited to 22 students and will also be available for livestream and replay.
